V.I.C. plans to make his return while teaming up with newly famed J. Money [first name,last name] with a song entitled "Say Bow" which is a phrased coined by another newly famed artist Young LA aka Leland Austin. The song in the preview sounds very close in beat with J Money's first single, but has a stricking resemblance to a mixtape song of Young La's........but hey I hope it works for him! BOW BOW lol
